I brought my truck into the John Jones Auto Group in Salem for routine maintenance, including an oil change, fuel filter, air filter, and an inspection Auto Service,They did an awesome job, and the work was incredibly fast! Bob, the service manager, runs a tight ship, and Danny, the assistant service manager, was extremely helpful. Sloan, the shop foreman, clearly leads a great team. The lube tech, Braxton, who actually did the work, went above and beyond by keeping me informed about my truck and pointing out potential future maintenance items. It gives me so much peace of mind and trust in the John Jones Auto Group knowing they look at the whole picture and keep me in the loop.I also have to mention Jim, the parts manager. He was fantastic to work with, getting all my parts in a timely fashion. I feel completely confident that I will always get the correct parts for my vehicles here.
