I had absolutely no issues. Had to have my car towed as it broke down in the middle of the road. Staff was extremely pleasant and called me first thing in the morning. My car was fixed and had a windshield wiper replaced. I was grateful for the technician that noticed that. Very happy with my experience.

I brought an AS-IS sale used 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Pleased with price but had a bad experience from the sale and after service. I inquired with the salesman (Gabe) if the vehicle had any issues prior to purchase. He stated that it had been thoroughly inspected by their maintenance team. I took him at his word. Upon departing the dealership the engine light came on about 10 miles down the road. I informed him of the issue and that I would take it to Byerly Ford in Louisville Kentucky. Took it to Byerly Ford and they did a maintenance diagnostic check. Seems the timing belt and its related system needed replacing. I'm having the problem addressed and it's not cheap! Like $6000+, I was quoted for repair. I like the truck overall but selling a vehicle under false pretenses is not good business. I have learned my lesson from this sale. Have your shop where you have maintenance done conduct a thorough inspection before signing any AS-IS sale! Buyer beware, everyone does not operate in good faith these days!
