We are a rental company in Louisville, KY. We have bought many vans at John Jones. We have had a few warranty issues that we couldn't get taken care of at the Louisville Chevy dealers. We took them to John Jones and got them repaired correctly and promptly. Scott Geltmaker, the General Manager is great to work with.

I can't say enough about what an amazing experience I had buying my new Silverado EV from John Jones! Xavier was awesome to work with, answering all my questions in detail since I was trying to work a deal from 7 hours away in Pennsylvania. Xavier worked with me to make sure that he gave me the best price upfront and to make sure that I got every incentive that I was eligible to receive. He was extremely responsive to my questions and followed up on every one, sending me multiple updated price quotes as we worked through the deal and questions. I also received a very reasonable trade in offer based on pictures that I sent to Xavier, which many other old school dealers refuse to do. When I went to pick up my truck, Xavier made the entire experience fun with none of the typical dealer pressure. Signing my paperwork was a breeze. Taylor was fantastic to work with and hilarious dealing with all of the crazy paperwork for Pennsylvania. She also did a great job explaining options for extended service plans and didn't pressure me into buying anything. She just wanted me to understand my options. My entire experience at John Jones was phenomenal and well worth the drive! I will absolutely be back for future car purchases!

Went in for diagnostic check on my 2015 Chevy Trax and decided to trade it in for a 2024 Chevy Trax while waiting. Had a great experience with Conner and Jackson. Highly recommend!

Although we met Matt Phillips in Corydon, he is from the Salem branch now. He drove the car that we were looking at out from Salem so that it was closer to us. He was knowledgeable, but not in your face. You can tell he's a car guy and is about the customer being happy, not just making a deal. We didn't deal with any other sales people at Corydon or Salem, but would only deal with Matt for future purchases.

I recently bought a car from this dealership and loved it got a great deal my salesperson was really helpful shoutout to joe the only proboem i had was that they didn't provide me with a rental when they came and picked up my car for a supposed to be one day inspection that turned into a 3 day event because something needed fixed which inconvenienced me a little but other than that I had a great experience and they fixed my car for free

Came in for an oil change. Brandon Strong was so polite when I realized I had to stop the oil change, and the tire repair from nails. My banking had an issue so I stopped the service before it started and cancel everything. I felt so bad about it but they made me feel OK about the issue. So I drove back to the house in Salem Indiana and got the money cash from my husband to get the service done. I called and asked if I could still come back and finish the needed service, they said yes. So here I am saying thank you so much Brandon Strong and Dan Libke at John Jones and all their staff that helped make thus happen for me.
