Disappointed to say the least. Yes not new but 9000 MLS and a used tire put in rack and no jack or handle to get it if needed. Floor mats missing after clean up. Not a very good experience. Feel very little trust with this dealership. Lesson learned,never again. If. If they make good on getting matts and a jack I'll be back. Still disappointed that was missed. Upgrade review when they called to work on it.

I had absolutely no issues. Had to have my car towed as it broke down in the middle of the road. Staff was extremely pleasant and called me first thing in the morning. My car was fixed and had a windshield wiper replaced. I was grateful for the technician that noticed that. Very happy with my experience.
I brought an AS-IS sale used 2017 Ford F-150 XLT. Pleased with price but had a bad experience from the sale and after service. I inquired with the salesman (Gabe) if the vehicle had any issues prior to purchase. He stated that it had been thoroughly inspected by their maintenance team. I took him at his word.
