My experience at John Jones Salem store was truly enjoyable. Us old guys are always Leary about spending a lot of money and who we give it to. But within a short time of showing up at John Jones our salesman Xavier put us at ease. Every one was polite and made the process easy. After driving I did notice a problem with the AC .we talked and after we bought the Silverado he told us he would take care of the problem. He made me an appointment and all said and Xavier took took care of everything! Thanks

We met Chris Pruett while riding thru parking lot at John Jones Scottsburg. We had decided to look to see what our options for a new car were. Chris was not pushy, but available for questions. Upon returning to the dealership, Chris, Wayne and Nathan were very fair in negotiating a trade. Everyone we encountered was extremely efficient and nice. Quick steps were taken to repair nicks in the paint. Customer Service seems to be something lacking these days, but John Jones Auto Group Scottsburg hasn't allowed that to happen. It is deeply appreciated.

Donnie Young from this location was stellar. We had come from the Corydon location and had two very different experiences. We went with a car in mind but Donnie wanted to make sure we had options and wanted to find us the best fit. When it came time to test drive, he encouraged us to see how our baby's car seat would fit in the car. This honestly sold me, once the car seat went in, it never came out. It is the perfect car for our growing family. Donnie and all the team members were so patient and kind to our wild 8 month old baby girl. We went to multiple dealerships that day and my husband and I were very impressed with this location. We are very happy with our Chevy Equinox. Definitely recommend.

Went in looking at a specific vehicle I found on the website with the load out I wanted, drove to dealership and spotted it on the lot. After an initial look I was liking what I saw, so I headed in to the store. The manager Cody told me they were short salespersons at the time and that he would get one to me as soon as one was available. In the meantime he took my driving information and told me to take it out on a test drive. I did. I made it out the lot and down the highway to the bypass, and by then I already knew the vehicle was right. Instead of trekking through town, I did a 180 in the roundabout and headed back to the dealer to let Cody know I was interested in finalizing a purchase. Cody still didn't have a salesperson ready, so he took over the sale, set up all the paperwork, got me over to financing after we worked out our down payment/monthly payment arrangement.

Xavier Burton is the best salesman around. Straightforward, friendly and helpful !
